Which critter should I make first?
Mochi Cat. It has only 4 pieces and is the quickest in the book, so it's the best way to learn the techniques before the bunny and the bear.
What yarn and hook do I need?
Chunky / super bulky plush (velvet or chenille) yarn and a 5.5 mm (US I-9) hook. Any brand works. The size guide shows how to use worsted or jumbo yarn instead.
Are these safe for babies?
The guide explains a baby-safe version: embroider the eyes instead of using safety eyes, and leave off small parts like the tapioca pearls.
Can I sell what I make?
